How much do your consultation services cost?

It depends on the requirements of the business we are consulting for. We offer a range of services from readiness assessments, to workflow analysis and improvement, to full implementation. Not all businesses need all our range of services, so we price according to what you need.

How long does consultation take?

This depends on what services are required. Timescales can be from half a day to a few weeks or months. And of course we offer ongoing consultation services on a retainer basis too.

How does the process work?

First you book an initial 15-minute chat to get an overview of what you need and to see if we are a good fit to work together. Following this, if we're a good fit for each other, you will receive a Consulting proposal detailing what services we suggest you include in your consultation. If all that sounds good to you, we would go ahead and book a 1 hour conversation to go over your consultation in detail and discuss requirements, timeframes and investment. If you would like to go ahead with the consultation, we would then get to work within the timeframes agreed.
